To let the techno-wizards of the website know which veterinarians to pull information for, you will need to set up the database. It’s easy and will save a ton of time in the future!

  1. To get to the database module, hover over your name in the upper right-hand corner of the Dashboard on the backend of the website. From the drop-down menu, select Rescue Databases.rescue-databases-veterinarians
  2. You will now have the Database Menu on your screen from where you can manage all the database information to make using your website easy-peasy!rescue-databases-veterinarians
  3. Using the Veterinarians button, you will need to make a listing of the vet clinics your rescue uses. These will be pulled into the medical module when veterinary care is performed.rescue-databases-veterinarians

  7. If you are a rescue in need of health certificates for travel, signed spay/neuter certificates, or rabies certificates and have arranged it with Buzz for that in your documents section, there is a space for you to upload your veterinarian’s signature (with their approval of course!).rescue-databases-veterinariansClick on choose file which with open your computer directory (NOT the media library).
