You have a few people that enter data on the website and they all want to work at the same time. So, you ask can they do it? Well, have you ever heard the phrase “yes and no”?

Multiple people can log into the back end of the website at the same time and add data – BUT only one user can edit any given record at a time.

• To avoid conflicts, you will see on the associated table that a record is locked and by whom.

• If you try and enter the record, you will get a challenge screen, asking whether you want to take over the editing:

• If you elect to “Take Over,” you risk losing all the work the other person had done and not updated/saved. Your choice as to whether you want to risk that cat fight or just come back later to enter the data you have.
